Rob Brand is a graduate of the University of Delaware Class of 1993 with a B.A in English and a concentration in Business and Technical Writing. Rob joined Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) in 2006 working closely with Robert Dotey to continue the firm’s development and expansion. Rob assumed his current position as President of CBS in 2009. In addition to Rob’s 25+ years of private business management experience, he holds the elite status of Enrolled Agent (EA), which is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Rob is recognized by the IRS as having unlimited rights to practice before the IRS-equivalent with those of an attorney or a certified public accountant (CPA)-which allow him to represent taxpayers in any type of tax matter before all IRS offices.

Rob is very involved in the industry on both a local and national level. Locally, Rob is a member of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber’s Small Business Advisory Panel, and an active member of a local Business Networking International (BNI) chapter. On a national level, Rob is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Tax Professionals, and the National Society of Accountants.

Rob enjoys many hobbies including CrossFit, golf, soccer, hockey, and scuba diving. Rob is active in his local community where he is a Board Member of the Kennett Blue Demons Youth Lacrosse Program and a volunteer coach for the Kennett Blue Demons Lacrosse Program and the Southern Chester County Soccer Association.
